Recipes From the Root Cellar

If you have access to this book, check it out!  It has a wonderful collection of recipes.  I've written out at least two dozen "keepers" already, lol!

I found it in my public library and if I like it then I will buy it. I have often gotten used books off of Amazon with very good results.

The author is a good friend of mine and a totally nice person. All of her books are terrific. I'll let her kknow about this thread.
